MEMBERSHIP: HOW TO JOIN OR RENEW FOR 2027

There are two ways to complete your HSBKA membership form for 2027. You can either complete the form electronically on your computer, or print the manual form and complete it by hand.

1. Complete the membership form electronically

This is the preferred method because it makes the information easier for us to read and process.

Step 1 – Download the form

Download and save the 2027 Membership Form to a location on your computer where you can find it again, such as your Documents folder.

Step 2 – Enable editing

Open the form in Microsoft Word. At the top of the document, click Enable Editing.

Step 3 – Complete the form

Enter your personal details and select your membership requirements. You will also need to complete the sections covering:

Gift Aid
Bee Disease Insurance
Disease notification options

Don't worry if the text you enter appears too long for a box. The complete text will still be stored in the document and can be recovered by us.

Step 4 – Save the completed form

Press F12 to save the completed form.

Please use your surname followed by the last three characters of your postcode as the filename. For example: SmithDY8.docx

This will help us identify your form and match it with your payment.

Step 5 – Email the form

Email your completed form to: prcooke01@gmail.com

Important: Your membership will not take effect until payment has been received.

2. Make your payment

Online banking – preferred

Please make your payment by online banking if possible.

Account name: HSBKA
Sort code: 30 91 22
Account number: 00622446
Payment reference: Your surname + the last three characters of your postcode

For example, if your surname is Smith and the last three characters of your postcode are DY8, your payment reference should be: SmithDY8

Please check the payment details carefully. We will be receiving a number of membership payments, including payments for the same amounts. Your payment reference is therefore important because it allows us to match your payment to your membership form.

After receiving your online payment, we will email you to confirm that it has been received.

If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days, please contact us.

Payment by cheque

If you prefer, you can still pay by cheque. Please write your surname and postcode on the back of the cheque.

3. Complete the membership form manually

If you prefer to complete the form by hand:

Download the 2027 Manual Membership Form.
Print the form.
Complete it by hand.
Make your cheque payable as instructed on the form.
Write your surname and postcode on the back of the cheque.
Send the completed form and cheque to the address below.
